An accounting analyst is one who often works with multiple departments within an organization to evaluate their income and spending and provide reports necessary to decision makers. To be successful, one must be proficient in math and business and possess a degree preferably in accounting, finance or business. Professional certifications such as CPA often lends credibility to the position. in addition to this, an accounting analyst to be successful, must be highly organized.\r\n
