X,Y and HUF of Z (represented by Z) are partners in firm. X,Y,Z are actively associated with the affairs of firm. Whether sec 40b for allowance of remuneration is applicable to remuneration paid to X,Y and Z or only remuneration paid to X and Y\r\n
