Topic:Reverse charge supply from unregistered supplier ?

A registered person who is liable to pay tax under reverse charge shall issue an invoice in respect of supply received by him by an unregistered supplier. What if the recepient is unregistered and receiving reverse charge supply from unregistered supplier?\r\n
