Topic:Share transfer from HUF to Karta ?

If HUF transfers listed Equity shares from HUF demat to Karta , its possible or not without HUF dissolved then what impact will come in both's books. whether HUF is liable to show it in ITR as capital Gain on shares?  \r\n
