Payment has been made and amount deducted from my bank account but tests are unavailable in my purchased tests

I have bought test series for Capital market and securities law and ECIPL of 4 Chapterwise and 1 full syllabus but havent received the full syllabus test series for Capital market and security law I have only received 9 tests
